CUSTOMER APPRECIATON EVENT
CELEBRATING YOU!
The main reason why I wanted to throw a customer appreciation event was because I wanted to thank all those who have supported, encouraged and trusted me. I wanted to celebrate YOU.
DECIDING ON A THEME...
Picking and sticking to a theme was a lot harder than I imagined it would be but that was because I hadn't thought of the right theme just yet. When the idea of hosting a Taylor swift Listening Party came to me, I knew it would be pure magic!
THE SET UP!
I know my clients and I know they are all different. They are all different ages, nationalities, personalties and have different backgrounds. I wanted to make sure that these differences left no one feeling left out but instead I hoped to bring them together through some fun activities.
ROOM 1.
This room was assigned for my clients artistic attributes to come through and shine. Here, clients would create Taylor Swift inspired art on the cutest mini canvas that they got to take & keep.
ROOM 2.
This was in my opinion the best room. Mostly because this is where we got to enjoy cupcakes and cookies from The Chocolate Cafe. Don't worry we had veggies and plenty of fruit as well. You know, all the good stuff.
ROOM 3.
This space was used as the room where we would take fun photos and where clients would come grab their swag bags as well as their final hug from me before heading back home to their families.
THE SWAG BAGS...
The main gift of the night was a custom made T-shirt designed specifically for my clients but included in their bags were also promo codes, samples, discounts, and gift cards.
WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE STUFF?
We kept things fun by having a raffle every 20 minutes where we gave away gift cards and product from Uptown Cheapskate, Mentionables, and Azaria.
WHO NEEDS RAFFLE TICKETS WHEN YOU GOT POLAROIDS?
To keep things in line with the Taylor inspired theme we took pictures of every client as they arrived on my instax camera. These would not only be used as their raffle ticket but also as a keepsake (guest book) for me, from the event.
EVERY PARTY DESERVES A HASHTAG...
I can't take full credit for the hashtag because I had my husband help and give input to help bring it to life. We took into consideration the fact that the album Reputation would be released the same month as the event as well as the girl squad that Taytay has and came up with the hashtag #BrowputationSquad.
FINAL THOUGHTS ON THE NIGHT...
I woke up feeling the next day so humbled and blessed to do what I LOVE. Most importantly I am beyond grateful to have the clients that I do. Being able to do something so fun and nice for them made me truly happy and I'm already planning for a Frida Kahlo themed party next year!
